Anyma and Empire Of The Sun Debut Human Now at The Sphere

After the success of Genesys and Genesys II, Italian Melodic Techno visionary Anyma took his artistry to new heights with the “End of Genesys” residency at The Sphere in Las Vegas. During this groundbreaking event, Anyma introduced his upcoming collaboration, Human Now, featuring Luke Steele of Empire of the Sun, during Act IV, Quantum. The performance marked a stunning moment as the legendary Walking on a Dream vocalist joined the stage, delivering an unforgettable debut.

Human Now Lights Up The Sphere

The Las Vegas Strip came alive during New Year’s Week as Anyma captivated audiences with six consecutive nights of performances at The Sphere, a cutting-edge, billion-dollar venue showcasing the fusion of human creativity and advanced technology.

Throughout the residency, Anyma welcomed techno heavyweights like Amelie Lens, Charlotte de Witte, Adriatique, Argy, Cassian, Kevin de Vries, and Massano. Surprise live performances added even more excitement, with guests including Grimes, Ellie Goulding, and Delilah Montagu.

Anyma also extended his artistry beyond The Sphere, hosting a late-night afterparty at XS Nightclub at The Wynn and making surprise appearances, including a solo set and b2b with Tiësto at LIV Las Vegas.

The final night brought an emotional crescendo as Anyma introduced Human Now. The track, an evocative exploration of humanity’s relationship with technology, blends powerful, cathartic melodies with profound storytelling. Accompanying visuals by Anyma’s creative director, Alessio de Vecchi, depicted a humanoid energy figure transferring its life force to a cyborg, symbolizing the intertwining of humanity and technology.

Empire of the Sun’s Triumphant Return

After an eight-year hiatus, Empire of the Sun returned to the spotlight in 2023 with renewed energy, spurred by the viral success of southstar’s remix of We Are The People. The group followed this momentum with official remixes from ARTBAT, Eric Prydz, Adam Sellouk, and southstar, released last December.

Their collaboration with Anyma on Human Now signals an exciting new chapter for the Australian duo. Fans hope this marks deeper involvement in the dance music scene, potentially touring alongside Anyma and other innovative artists to push the boundaries of electronic music even further.

Human Now serves as a testament to the power of collaboration, blending artistry, technology, and emotion into a performance that audiences will never forget.
